He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove's services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence". What you'll do: Sales operations : acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers Sales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results.
