Assistant Sales Director

Job Description: Deliver sales targets as set by the company. Set sales targets for agents according to company guidelines. Develop and implement sales strategies. Monitor team performance. Compile and analyze sales figures. Manage major customer accounts. Collect customer feedback and conduct market research. Stay updated with competitors' products. Job Qualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team. Good communication and people skills. Background in real estate, direct selling, or pre-need institutions is preferred. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel when necessary. Located in Kidapawan City. Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
