**ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT MANAGER - DIRECT HIRE**

**Qualification**:

- At least Graduate of any 4 years course or Graduate of BS Psychology
- With 5 years work related experience
- Exposed on diverse recruitment area such as: Telco, F&B, Sales & Manufacturing Industry
- With strong leadership personality
- Has wide range of sourcing flat forms
- With complete basic mandatories such SSS, TIN, Philhealth & Pag-ibig
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to be assign in Salcedo Towers, Makati City
- Team Monitoring
- Weekly Reportorial (With advance knowledge in Excel)
- Monthly Departmental Meeting
- Daily Mobility Monitoring (Accounts Update)
- Job Oder Updating
- Coordination & Collaborations with operations
- Create work force balance and allocation of accounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
