Assistant Recruitment Manager

Our client, a known global logistics company with office in Makati City is in need of an Assistant Recruitment Manager (Talent Acquisition Specialist) with the following qualifications:

- Must have SOLID end-to-end recruitment experience, experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates for diverse roles and functions. Must have experience hiring for senior levels (e.g. officers, managers, C-suite etc.)
-Must be process-improvement oriented and can work and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
-Knowledgeable in recruitment metrics and analytics, possesses excellent communication skills
-Willing to work in Makati on hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
