Project Planning and Design

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives and scope.
Work with architects, engineers, and designers to develop project plans and designs meeting brand standards and regulatory requirements

Resource Allocation and Procurement:

Coordinate with related departments to allocate materials and equipment efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to project sites
Request to procure necessary materials and services, and negotiate contracts.

Construction Management:

Oversee construction activities, including contractor coordination, site inspections, and progress monitoring.
Address construction-related concerns promptly and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and managing costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting for construction for construction projects

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Establish quality control measures and inspection protocols to ensure compliance with lessor's and brand standards and regulation's
Obtain and maintain all necessary National and Local Government permits and licenses for construction activities
