Assistant Project Manager - Architect

Coordinates with Project Manager/Designer/Contractor/Supplier

In charge of safekeeping the project document and knowledgeable in the documentation process

Works with accounting to maintain subcontractor and vendor requirements for payment processing

5.
Assist PM with subcontractor coordination, safety and quality management, and job site reporting controls.
6.
Assist in preparation of project close-out requirements including unit cost history, operations and maintenance manuals, punch-list management, and agency inspections.
7.
Works with the project team to prepare and update progress schedules.
Assist in planning construction operations and sequences.
