ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. The supervisor and asst. supervisor are integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. Also, able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Make, keep and submit daily production reports
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and
follow proceduresEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Maintains quality service/product by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Take part in revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as Asst. Production Superviso or similar role for at least 1 year
Strong leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Problem-solving skills
At least with two years college course
Willing to work at East Binabag, Tayud, Liloan
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
