Assistant Production Supervisor

UNA INTERNATIONALE TRADING CORPORATION Is currently looking for:  ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR  Guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. The supervisor and asst. supervisor are integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. Also, able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employeesOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedulesOversee and coach employeesCheck production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressMake, keep and submit daily production reportsIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvementsTrain new employees on how to safely use machinery andfollow proceduresEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsMaintains quality service/product by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Take part in revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirementsMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as Asst. Production Superviso or similar role for at least 1 yearStrong leadership abilitiesCommunication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachProblem-solving skillsAt least with two years college courseWilling to work at East Binabag, Tayud, LiloanBasic Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
