Assistant Pastry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting Pastry Chef in managing cold kitchen (i.e., preparations of breads, dressings, pastries, cakes, etc.)
• Cleanliness of cold kitchen
• Care and maintenance of cold kitchen equipment
• Assisting Pastry Chef with menu creation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years' experience in the making of breads, cakes, desserts, pastries, etc.
• Knowledgeable in recipe costing and menu development.
• Take direction from Pastry Chef.
• Must be a resident of El Nido or willing to be assigned in El Nido.
