Job Description

1. Assist the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in daily operations and strategic planning.
2. Manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
3. Oversee procurement and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
5. Coordinate with branch managers to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
6. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
7. Support the COO in managing budgets and financial planning.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Willing to work in Scout Rallos Quezon City
