Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate onBoarding orientations, general meetings, training, certifications, huddles, one on one.
Visits and directly engages with Operations Manager, Restaurant Managers, Team Leads, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct timely performance assessments and disseminate feedback reviews.
Cascade's latest product, service, and production processes.
Design and develop learning materials and applied methodologies.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
Confident in reporting and the use of office applications like spreadsheets, word documents, and slide presentations.
At least 2 years experience in customer service and kitchen operations.
Has strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards.
Able to simplify complex subjects.
Good commanding and written skills.
Willing to do roving field assignments.
Willing to work in San Juan City.
