**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
1.
Prepare inventory of units and accessories of buses and vans daily.
2.
Compliance of rules and required by the client and management.
3.
Assist operations in and out.
4.
Monitor the daily attendance of all drivers.
5.
Check and submit daily time record, log book entries, trip report and other attendance-related transactions to HR office based on attendance & payroll cut-off schedule.
6.
Monitor the personal grooming of each shuttle drivers.
7.
Maintain transportation service based on our client procedure in the use of transport facilities.
8.
Monitor and Ensure that all passengers' left behind items in the vehicle will endorsed to the Security OIC at the Ramp.
9.
Reply on all related inquiries and concerns of clients and management

10.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors

**EDUCATION**:

- **College Graduate (Any 4 year course)
- Two (2) or more years of experience on the related field
- Preferably with experience in shuttle, logistics or transportation

**SPECIAL SKILLS / TRAININGS**:

- Driving
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Schedule:

- Shift system

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
