Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

**Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

**Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

**Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.

**Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and manage product positioning and messaging.

**Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

**Build and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and reach.

**Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, and promotional assets.

**Lead the marketing team in brainstorming creative ideas, testing new approaches, and driving innovation in marketing initiatives.

**Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirement :

Qualifications:

**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

years of experience in marketing roles, with 3-4 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership positions.

**Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
