Assistant Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Head, the Assistant Manager for Brand Management and Digital Marketing is mainly responsible for ensuring that all online and on ground marketing campaigns and promotional efforts of TEI are achieved in an excellent, profitable and timely manner.
With digital platforms as its main instrument/s, he/she will develop and oversee marketing campaigns; prepare cost estimates and budgets for approval; negotiate and source for needed marketing resources, plans nationwide or occasional promotional strategies and explores new digital innovations that can lead to overall sales increase.
He/she will also be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Examines and analyzes marketing trends in order to keep up with the technology and techniques that are currently used for digital marketing initiatives (Google SEO, Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Whatsapp, etc.).
- Conceptualizes and implements marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to create brand awareness, strengthen brand recall and ultimately lead the consumers to buy more TEI products.
- Prepares and submits campaign costs and budgets for review and feedback of the Marketing and Business Development Head.
- Determines and evaluates the cost-benefit of all marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to justify their roll-out.
- Uses analytics tools and derives data-driven insights to assess sales performance and identify areas of improvement for action-planning.
- Initiates and develops brand partnerships that translate to effective return in sales (e.g., consignment options, ex-deals, digital integrations, mutually beneficial sponsorships of the company).
Explores brand-building opportunities and pursues whatever is appropriate that provides maximum exposure or brand mileage.
- Offers suggestions to the Product Development team, as the need arises, in the ideation and testing of products by tracking market trends and product innovations.
- Facilitates effective collaboration with team and suppliers for advertising collaterals, merchandising materials as well as other brand-related collaterals.
- Spearheads creative projects by producing effective materials to build brand awareness and intensify brand recognition.
- Understands consumer behavior and evaluates customer experience on online platforms, addressing and resolving issues so as not miss out on sales opportunities.
- Maintains consistent brand relevance and positive brand reputation through all the digital platforms Taters is in.
- Effectively communicates the brand personality and its respective goals on all touch points of the brand

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication Arts, or any related field
- At least 5 years' experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field, 2 years of which have been in supervisory level, preferably in the retail (B2C) industry
- Proficient in multimedia marketing, online and on ground marketing, advertising and digital promotions and e-commerce
- Up-to-date knowledge of the market, business trends and technologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Strategic thinker and able to identify long-term business opportunities

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
