We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Sales Support - Short Term Assignment (STA) (GCB 7). Role Purpose: Responsible for implementation of the sales fulfillment process for the various insurance propositions by INPH. This includes completion of client requirements for underwriting, policy placement and policy delivery, MI reporting and maintenance of customer database.
Principal Accountabilities: Provide sales support to the branch/non-branch sales team Handle and implement all channel-related insurance end-to-end processes Customers / Stakeholders Establish high standards of customer service through effective implementation of procedures and service standards
Leadership & Teamwork Maintains high standard of work synergy with sales and internal customers in ensuring smooth exchanges of client information
Promotes a culture of sales, service, operational excellence and compliance among staff Operational Effectiveness & Control Adhere to and improve established workflow and processes Compliance Qualifications 3 – 5 years related work experience Good customer orientation with inclination towards service and client satisfaction Basic understanding of insurance Proficiency in MS Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Team player You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
