Assistant Manager Operations (Travel Account)

Basic Functions:
? Manage a team of travel counselors
? Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on
communication effectiveness
? Manage multiple projects driven by customers and Organization
? Collaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ teams
? Responsible for problem solving , designing solutions for ambiguous situations
Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)

Essential Functions:
? Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
? Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
? Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness
initiatives
? Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
? Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
? Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
? Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
? Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
? Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi tasking abilities in addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.

Qualifications:
? 2 years in the travel industry in the same position
? Has a basic understanding of travel industry terms.
? Knowledge of MS Office Applications
? Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)
? E2E Travel Process knowledge
? Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
? Willing to work in a 24 x 7 atmosphere
? Excellent communication skills, written and oral
? Result focus and self-driven
? High on flexibility
? Good in Multi-tasking and Time Management
? At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)
