Assistant Manager Operations (Travel Account)

Basic Functions: Manage a team of travel counselorsImplement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on
communication effectiveness
Manage multiple projects driven by customers and OrganizationCollaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ teamsResponsible for problem solving , designing solutions for ambiguous situations
Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)

Qualifications: 2 years in the travel industry in the same positionHas a basic understanding of travel industry terms.Knowledge of MS Office ApplicationsMust have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)E2E Travel Process knowledgeSelf-starter with the ability to multitask.Willing to work in a 24 x 7 atmosphereExcellent communication skills, written and oralResult focus and self-drivenHigh on flexibilityGood in Multi-tasking and Time ManagementAt least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)
