Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conducts and prepares materials for employee orientation, refreshers and exit interviews. Prepares and maintains accurate records, files and reports including responsibility for maintaining 201 personnel records. Ensures that employee discipline is in place at all times and assists line management on employee relations practices ensuring that due process is observed at all times and works closely with the HRBP on sensitive labor relations matters. Provides front-line HR support to employees. Counsels employees and provide support to managers concerning work related problems. Conducts one-on-one and focus group discussions. Keeps oneself updated with labor laws and emerging trends in human resources. Assists in managing talents including but is not limited to appraisals. Organizes and works independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within the given timeframe. Performs any other duties as assigned. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or Psychology is preferred but not required. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Human Resources Functions with a strong emphasis on labor relations and employee relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment, presenting a professional image and commanding the respect of staff, peers, and senior management. Can work independently, a critical thinker, is creative and able to provide solutions to encountered problems and challenges. Ability to multitask and be flexible. Must be willing to work the night shift and during weekends. Experience with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). #J-18808-Ljbffr
