**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within the company.
- Prepare occupational classifications and salary scale.
- Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure.
- Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
- Forecast budget for salary increases.
- Responsible for ensuring that payroll and employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, Accounting, or any Business related courses
- A minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing
- Practical experience with payroll systems, practices, and procedures
- A high degree of computer literacy; working knowledge of HRIS
- Strong HRIS technical skills as demonstrated by the ability to generate and analyze various reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Highly developed organizational skills are required
- Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature
- The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment.
- A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
