Drive an effective and efficient brand activation across all Originals, Basketball, Skateboarding and HYPE categories in country /cluster with full alignment between the Global Brand communications and Japan Business Unit (BU) teams. Develop and ensure excellent implementation of brand/category activation for own Retail and Wholesale alliance and key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Provide the country relevant input to Global Brand Activation at each commercial input timingDevelop and execute channel marketing plans per the brand design and consumer experience standards, in alignment with the Global strategy and the Brand Activation Team for Wholesale and own Retail doors.With a supervise of manager, ensure each touchpoints' activation plan is well integrated for promoting the brand as well as sell-through by managing marketing and sales working budget with close relationship with Retail and Wholesale teams.Create synergy with Lifestyle and Sport Brand Communications to develop and execute channels plans.Support ISC implementation and In-store space management across Retail and all Wholesale channels and any new store openings.Support Sales team for planning and managing annual account CAPEX budget and executing the Wholesale space development (SIS)Support the preparation partnering with the Sales Team at sell-in to present the annual and seasonal account marketing and investment plan for alliance and key accounts.Support local trade meetings by providing appropriate sell-in toolsReport on performance of the appointed initiatives KPI's: Brand / Category Net SalesMarket share of respective categoriesCompliance to Marketing Expenses guidelinesROMIKey campaign sell through %Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)Ability to develop and implement local marketing plans following global guidelinesPresentation skill to internal and external stakeholdersStrong user of MS Office suite of productsProven task management experienceExperience in both, market and regional marketing organization preferred Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or MarketingAt least 3+ years' experience in relevant Marketing fieldsSales and /or Marketing experienceEnglish – business level / Japanese - fluent Key Relationships: Global Business Units and Brand ActivationCountry Brand Director and Brand Activation functionsCountry Wholesale teamsCountry Business Unit (BU)Country FP&A, Legal, User Inquiry ServiceExternal partners (Key Wholesale partners, Agencies, Brand partners, etc.)
