Assistant General Manager - Mandaue City- Cebu

Salary Range: ?40,000 - ?50,000
Location: Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all departments.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team and staff for peak performance.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management to drive profitability.
Sales & Marketing: Spearhead business development initiatives to enhance market share and revenue.
Customer Focus: Maintain superior customer satisfaction by upholding quality standards and resolving concerns.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant General Manager, preferably in the Glass or Construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of operations, financial principles, and market dynamics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
