Assistant Front Office Manager

**Minimum Qualifications, Experiences, and Skill Requirements**:

- Preferably with a degree or diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
- Progressive career in Front Office in a 4 or 5-star island/city hotel property, with at least 2-3 years of extensive experience in a similar role.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of Front Office, Concierge, & Reservation.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain the day-to-day front office, concierge & reservation operations.
- Strong and thorough management, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
- Able to maintain excellent relations with team members and able to work under great physical and mental pressure.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the island is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
