Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Philippines

The Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is part of the Management team of Philippines leading the finance function and reporting directly to the Finance Director – South Asia Cluster and dotted line to the Country Manager. This position requires a leader, someone who can take lead of the finance team, provide direction and achieve results. Work closely with the Country Manager to drive the business forward and help create a strategy for significant growth and expansion. Drive and improve system, processes and create efficient department within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Country Finance Lead of Santa Fe Philippines.
• Participate in the development and execution of the long-term strategic vision of Philippines
• Create and lead the financial strategy for the business to achieve its strategy and growth objectives
• Be a business partner working closely with the CM and Business Unit owners to lead and drive the commercial growth and success of the country
• Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities. Partner with SSC for the financial accounting.
• Taking charge of all reporting, financial statements, management accounts, budgeting, forecast and Outlook.
• Responsible for financial management, financial audit, tax filing & planning, cash flow forecast, capital investment, analysis and evaluate business performance
• Manage relations with banks, financial institutions and UK/HK regional Offices in relation to funding.
• Communicate with internal & external auditors, tax advisor and bankers.
• Review & implement financial control policies and procedures and be responsible for improvements to strengthen operational efficiency

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidate with audit experience will be added advantage.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, someone who can gain credibility at all levels of an organization
• Detail oriented, good project management and organization skill, analytical and logical skills and sound business acumen
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment with matrix structure
• Excellent written and spoken in English
• Advance user of MS Excel and Powerpoint. OneStream knowledge is definitely an advantage
• Willing to work under pressure, result-oriented and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
