What is your mission
- Implement appropriate engagement strategies, plans, and interventions for all departments nationwide to develop and maintain a motivated, engaged and high performing environment.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate activities and organizational engagement e.g.
annual corporate events, sports events, team building activities, monthly office engagement activities, cultural change, corporate social responsibility, etc., from concept to finish, in accordance with the preference of the company and with assistance and support from the HR and Marketing teams.
- Consult with unit stakeholders to accurately diagnose employee satisfaction issues and provide advice and solutions that maximize business results.
- Track employee records in terms of achievements, participation, satisfaction and overall engagement.
- Manage the budget and expenditures accurately and ethically.
- Drive TDCX's culture through effective awareness strategies of Core Values.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
- Preferable with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong consultative and diagnostic skills with proven project management skills with ability to plan, organise and manage multiple projects at once.
- Has extensive knowledge in gamifying activities to gain participation.
- Comfortable with public speaking, facilitating group activities and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
