Assistant Budget Management And Admin Manager

As the Assistant Budget Management and Admin Manager, you will overersee all operational and administrative activities related to budget management, processing and monitoring for SMG, and provide operational support, as needed. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of SMG expenses to support informed decision-making and maintain budgetary compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of SME expenses to ensure budgetary and policy complianceCollaborate with regional and territory sales leaders to provide financial insights and analytical information on historical performance, while facilitating effective expense planning.Leads the operational processes related to receiving, documentation, reviewing and processing all budget requests (BR) of the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring compliance to agreed turn-around time and quality of deliverables.Prepares regular reports and analyses on BR submissions, On-time activity execution and SME spending efficiency to internal SMG stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Experience in budgeting and financial planning.Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.Data Management: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
