Responsibilities
• Assist in developing a strategic business plan for the assigned product category• Assist in the development and launch of new products and tapping potential market opportunities• Collaborate with various stakeholders for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns• Gather reports on competitor pricing and product/service performance• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and marketing assistant for marketing materials• Oversee supply chain-related discussions for the Marketing team• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts aligned with marketing calendar and brand marketing plan
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably graduate of any management-related course• 3-5 years of brand management experience in FMCG, QSR, or F&B industry• Experience in developing and launching new products/variants or product innovations• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns (Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line platforms)• Strong project management skills• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
