? Perform actual inventories to outlets and groceries.
? Dispatching and checking of meats total kilos, sticker per tag, meat quality every
loading at the meat van for outlets.
? Double check the meats delivered to outlets if complete.
? Check completeness of displayed meats.
? Audit the Cash Beginning and Petty Cash of Store Supervisors.
? Change prices in meatshops and coordinate with grocery in-charge for
concession accounts. Company document has to be "received" and "signed" by
the Team Leader or mall concessionaire in-charge as proof that the changes was
done.
? Bring memos for outlets & groceries for employees to sign. The same document
has to brought back to HR-OIC ASAP.
? Check the sales report of outlets & groceries.
? Check cleanliness of outlets, note electrical issues, etc.
