Assistant Area Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist ASM in effectively managing sales group to achieve individual/ group sales quota and individual/ group accounts receivables.
2. Assist ASM in checking, reviewing and facilitating approvals to company management.
3. Assists ASM in checking weekly itinerary and expense reports of PMRs.
4. Assist ASM in scouting opportunities in designated areas.
5. Assists PMR in handling client concerns.
6. Assists ASM in following up status of biddings and quotations submitted
7. Assists ASM in initial screening of PMR concerns before addressing to the management.
8. Assists ASM in ensuring that PMRs follow company policies.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
· Graduate of any 4 year course.
· Good leadership & managerial skills
· Exceptional product knowledge
· Strong grasp of knowledge on the Philippine market
· Exceptional communication skills especially with suppliers and other prominent people
· Knows how to scout for new accounts and develop existing ones
· Well mannered and willing to learn and grow in the company.
