Assistant Account Manager Hybrid (Office & Wfh) Up

GoTeam is looking for someone who can coordinate processing of insurance certificates and evidence of property insurance for one of our clients in the Administration Industry.
Your client is a 100 percent employee-owned independent insurance agency with its HQ in California, as well as offices in Oregon, Arizona, Missouri, and London.
They provide clients with commercial or personal insurance, as well as employee benefits packages and wealth management services.
**What You Will Do**
- Process Binders
- Process Endorsements
- Process Audits after review by Account Manager
- Invoicing as assigned
- Claims follow up
- Coordinate Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance issuance and certificate and evidence renewals.
Create and maintain mail-merge documents
- Draft proposals
- Processing of un-routed attachments and carrier document retrieval and processing items from O drive
- Other duties usual to servicing commercial accounts
- Prompt response to clients and carriers and follow through on commitments in a timely manner is crucial.
- Timely follow-up and closing of activities in Epic.
- Pursue continuing education and licensing.
- Thorough documentation is required with proper E&O procedures strictly followed.
- Special projects as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Understanding of normal business practices; Some insurance experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and behavior
- Proven ability to organize and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and execute oral and written instruction.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and develop strong client relationships.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Salary**: Up to Php70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
