Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
a. Provide general administrative support to managers or teams, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
b. Manage correspondence, such as emails, calls, and physical mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
2. Scheduling and Coordination
a. Organize and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and set up meetings.
b. Assist in planning and coordinating events, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
3. Document Management
a. Prepare, review, and file documents, reports, and presentations.
b. Maintain both electronic and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
4. Communication
a. Serve as a point of contact between managers, employees, and external parties.
b. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to relay information and follow up on tasks.
5. Task and Project Management
a. Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
b. Support special projects as needed, contributing to research, data collection, or analysis.
6. Office Organization and Maintenance
a. Manage office supplies, ensuring availability and timely restocking.
b. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and coordinate with other departments for office needs.
7. Data Entry and Reporting
a. Input data accurately and create reports as required for decision-making.
b. Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
8. Confidentiality and Professionalism
a. Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to company confidentiality policies.
b. Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions, representing the company positively.
9. Problem-Solving and Initiative
a. Identify and address administrative issues proactively.
b. Take the initiative to assist with tasks or improvements that contribute to team efficiency.
Requirements:
• College graduate, preferably a fresh graduate.
• No work experience is required.
Skills:
• Smart and good looking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Strong communication skills.
Monthly Salary:
• This will be discussed during the interview.
Location:
• LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City Batangas (new site)
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location
Work Schedule & Set-up:
• Full-time, on-site (Day shift)
• Monday to Saturday (8-hour shift), from 8 AM to 5 PM.
