Asset Management Specialist - Qc

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration or IT coursesMust have at least 1 year of working experience in any fieldMust be computer literateMust have strong personality, honest, determined and can work with minimum supervisionMust be willing to do field work in Guyong/ Sta. Clara, Bulacan Plant and Multiplast Plant in ValenzuelaMust be amenable to work onsite and in Quezon City Job Responsibilities: Process and record office supplies requests, manage issuance of supplies (including office, janitorial, and medical), and handle returns of good stock items.Prepare and monitor POs for supplies, ensure proper documentation and accountability of items, and maintain filing for accountability and FASAR records.Assist with employee clearance checks, document items for scrap sales/disposal, and support scrap selling activities, along with other assigned tasks.
