Job Responsibilities Production Management: Lead and supervise the machine assembly production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to meet delivery targets date effectively. Quality Assurance Establish and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the assembly process to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports with the quality team. Team Leadership And Training Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the production and warehouse teams. An advanced degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous. Proven experience of 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industries, with a focus on machine assembly and production management. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence. In-depth knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes, equipment, and quality control methodologies. Proficiency in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
