Assembly Manager (Renewable Energy)

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or a related field.
? 5+ years of experience in assembly operations, preferably within the renewable energy or
manufacturing sector.
? Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
? Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
? Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
? Familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards in manufacturing.
? Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred
? Experience with renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, or hydroelectric
systems.
? Knowledge of import/export processes for equipment and spare parts.
SALARY RANGE: 70,000 - 100,000
