Key Responsibilities:
A. Delivery Operations
Ensures that products loaded in the delivery trucks are accurate in quantity and specifications as per load manifestChecks and inspects delivery vehicle unit for safety using the BLOWFAAD formEnsures that documents and equipment required for the delivery are complete prior to check outDrives, maneuvers and navigates the truck to desired destination, ensuring safety of products and passengersTransports the products promptly and within scheduleAssists in the unloading of the goods to ensure fast, efficient and safe transport of the products to the customerCollects Bad Orders as indicated in the delivery documents (negative invoice, RTV)Escalates delivery rejections and follows Distribution Supervisor's dispositionCompiles, encodes, categorizes and audits data once the products are deliveredPerforms collection activity for certain outlets as may be designatedPerforms cooler replenishment for Direct to Store DeliveriesSecures documents (receipts, invoices) and collection (cash or check) in the course of the delivery operation to ensure proper settlement upon check in
B. Customer Relations and Communication
Presents a good image of the company when dealing with the clientsInteracts with the clients regarding their concerns and complaintsEnsures compliance to currently implemented procedures and processes (e.g. CROCS, Glass Policy, etc.)Interacts with the Delivery Service Supervisor and other co-workers to ensure smooth flow of delivery processesImmediately reports to his Supervisor all issues and concerns that will affect completion of the delivery, including delays, accidents and other traffic situations
C. Equipment Maintenance
Prepares requests for repairs for trucks based on the inspections using the BLOWFAAD formEnsures proper use and cleanliness of the truck being usedTransfer of trucks for maintenance/repair

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience in driving articulated trucks (10 wheeler)Professional Driver's License Restriction B & B1With NCII and NCIII certification SALARY:
