Art Director (Pasig)

Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
? Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
? Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
? Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
? Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives into creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
? Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
