Art Director (Pasig City) - 50K

Position Overview:
As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand & visual identity
across all channels.
You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams to ensure our brand image is consistently communicated and visually compelling.
The
ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven fashion retail track record, a keen eye for design, a
passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
-Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
-Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
-Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives into creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
-Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Work Schedule: Art Director - 8:00am - 6:00pm
