We're looking for an Art Director to join our Philippines team.
As someone who has a great eye for design and a strong art sense, you will be participating in the creation of big ideas and breathtaking executions that address our clients' transformation challenges.
Guided by our B2Human approach, you will work closely with our Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Technology and Accounts teams to create compelling experiences that continually push the boundaries across multiple digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop concepts and design solutions that are on brand and on brief
- Brainstorm with other creatives, strategists, marketers and technologists to create inspiring ideas
- Explain rationales and design decisions clearly and confidently
- Craft compelling and effective campaigns across multiple channels
- Be hands-on with creative development from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with AMs and PMs to ensure work is delivered on time and budget
- Play an active role in client meetings
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in an integrated creative agency
- Able to think strategically, develop unexpected ideas and bring them to life
- Solid skill set covering UI/UX, illustration, motion graphics, animation, typography and design
- Good grasp of digital / social platforms and the possibilities they offer
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
