The Art Director shapes the brand's visual identity, leads a creative team, and collaborates across departments to ensure a compelling, consistent brand image. Requires strategic thinking, design expertise, and experience in fashion retail.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years in art direction with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and digital platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: 50k plus benefits
