Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a solid and cohesive visual identity for the brand across
all platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography.
2. Campaign Conceptualization: Lead the creative development of collection campaigns, collaborating
with marketing and merchandising teams to align with business objectives while maintaining high
creativity and innovation.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative
professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
4. Art Direction: Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offline
collaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics
and messaging.
5. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform
and guide the brand's creative direction.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-
