Art Director

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Develops the overall look and feel of all advertising and marketing campaigns across all business units Sets the standard of quality and aesthetics of all visual communications Oversees output by the Designer, Multimedia Designer, and Senior Designer. Provides art direction and production support during photo/video shoots and live events which aim to promote the brand Creates stunning visuals with the use of print and digital mediums including motion graphics compositing and video editing Participates in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and social media content II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts or Multimedia Arts At least 5 years in the creative field preferably in a creative Skills and Attributes Leads the team of creatives and sets the standards of visual communications Able to adequately justify visual styles used in artworks to the brand managers and business units High level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro Understanding in branding, advertising, and production #J-18808-Ljbffr
