Area Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor establishes strong working relationships, motivates salesman, implements company policy and work action, improves performance of subordinates, plans and maintains time and work schedule.
Job Responsibilities: Guides subordinates in attaining business goalsEstablishes a course of action to accomplish a specific goal, plans proper assignments of personnel and appropriates allocation of resources.Develops skills and competencies of subordinates through training and development activities related to current and future jobs.Identifies problems, secures relevant information, relates data from different sources and identifies possible causes of problems.Develops alternative course of action and makes decisions which are based on logical assumption and which reflects factual information.Evaluates performances of sales personnel and provides inputs to promodiser evaluationVisits stores on a regular basis and checks the stocksVisits head office of outlets (if there is any) to introduce new products, negotiates discounts, and promo support and facing.Opens new accounts Job Qualifications: College graduate of Business or Economics degree holderPreferably with relevant training on Supervisory Development and Account ManagementWith at least 5 years of experience in Sales and account managementWith strong leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAssigned location (GMA) Metro Manila
