Job DescriptionWELD Powertools Industrial Machinery is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Area Sales Representative to join our team. As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of power tools and industrial machinery to customers within your assigned territory. Your role will involve identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing them with high-quality solutions to meet their industrial needs. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in power tools or industrial machinery, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development: Actively prospect and engage with new and existing clients within the assigned area, focusing on the sale of power tools and industrial machinery. Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored product recommendations. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of WELD's product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively educate and advise clients on the best tools for their needs.Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling, effective account management, and targeted marketing efforts.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in power tools, industrial machinery, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of power tools and industrial machinery, with familiarity in the Philippine market landscape.Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
