Area Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Ensure the achievement of regional sales target by orienting, training, and guiding company partners (Gen Trade, Dealers and mini concept stores)- Communicates job expectations to ASMs by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing sales targets.- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for ASM in support of national objectives.- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.- Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.- Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.- Acquire new sales partners for WADFOW GenTrade concept stores- Maintains and expands customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.- Get client orders and monitor concerns from gen trade partnersJOB SPECIFICATIONS- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field- At least 2 years experience in field equivalent- Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills.- With professional driver's license and willing to be relocated.- Must be Amenable to work in: NCR
