Area Sales Manager In Animal Feed / Nutrition

Responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region.Duties and Responsibilities:-Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, and retailers.-Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product usage and benefits.-Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.-Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to keep the company's sales strategies competitive and forward-thinking.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in any relevant field-With 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Animal Feed Industry-Proficient in Key Account Management, Negotiation, and Execution-In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition or the animal feed industry-Able to deal with clients from Commercial and General Trade-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic-Willing to do field work in Soccsksargen or in Caraga
