Area Sales Manager - Fmcg

Responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region.

Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate in creating plans and programs that are in line with the district and regional objectives.Implement, monitor, and evaluate strategies and plans for the assigned area, and suggest improvements to the supervisor.Promote and sell products, brands, and corporate initiatives to key decision makers, distributors, and customers.Negotiate trading terms and ensure they are effectively used.Conduct regular reviews of sales and performance, identifying achievements and issues, and developing plans to close any gaps Qualifications: Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration or any related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in managerial or supervisory positionExperienced in handling General TradeExperienced in directly managing a distributorProficient in Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, and Sales LeadershipWilling to be assigned anywhere in Visayas
