Area Sales Manager - Fmcg

Responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region.Duties and Responsibilities:-Collaborate in creating plans and programs that are in line with the district and regional objectives.-Implement, monitor, and evaluate strategies and plans for the assigned area, and suggest improvements to the supervisor.-Promote and sell products, brands, and corporate initiatives to key decision makers, distributors, and customers.-Negotiate trading terms and ensure they are effectively used.-Conduct regular reviews of sales and performance, identifying achievements and issues, and developing plans to close any gaps Qualifications:-Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration or any related field-At least 5 years of experience in managerial or supervisory position-Experienced in handling General Trade-Experienced in directly managing a distributor-Proficient in Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, and Sales Leadership-Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas
