Area Sales Leader - Pangasinan

Responsible for overseeing the overall area performance and its development.

Attain the set target.

Execute strategic sales plan, program, and activity.

Responsible for conducting monthly business reviews with DSP.

Submission of Weekly Highlight report to GTD.

Endorse operational issues of the support team (Supply chain, Credit and Collection).

Attain KRA/KPI (DSP and Distributor).

Execute area tactical objectives and action plans.

Review DSP KRA/KPI.

Analyze and manage distributor inventory report per month.

Review sell-out report to be submitted to GTD on a monthly basis.

Monthly Sales review with DSP.

Collection of Direct customer of MPCTI.

Endorse prospect distributors.

Develop new customers with DSP.

Identify key areas for improvement in sales generation.

Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTD approval.

Visit all accounts.

Fill up credit/upgrade sheet.

Review KPI of Distributors.

Review Class A, B, and C accounts.

Request BPP for approval from GTD.

Train DSP.

Check if good warehouse keeping is practiced.

Execute efficient and effective operations and logistics.

Conduct seminars and training for stores and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
