**Essential Job Functions**:
Ensures that accounts and are of assignment continue to grow in terms of scope, volume and sales
Provides promo of activities and store sell-in plans and discuss the opportunity to further grow the business
Provides and negotiates best deal programs
Plans and creates strategies to penetrate new accounts through distributors
Ensures that sales targets are achieved.
**Professional Experience and Required Qualifications**:
At least 2 years of successful sales background in a Consumer Goods industry
Must have a driver's license and is flexible to do field work.
