What you'll do: Manage, maintain, and uphold the protocols and SOP set for Operations Dept.
In charge of planning and development, implementation of SOP to sustain productivity and efficiency of the front lines.
Head the George Customer Experience where you will deliver commitment of George to Customer Service Excellence.
Ensures all branches follow protocol on security and safety of all of its staff, products, and customers inside the premises.
Ensures the relevance and constant improvement of processes and policies in support of the organization's goals.
Strictly monitors adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
Ensures that all store instruments are well maintained, functional, and relevant.
Able to create and maintain relationships with all departments, partners, vendors that can support the training programs for development of every partner and the organization.
Able to sustain and maintain the sales and operational objectives of the department which contributes to the sustenance of the business.
Who you are: We are looking for someone who:
Is a college graduate (preferably in Business field or related)
Has at least 5 years of experience as Customer Service/Experience or Operations Manager with a company that caters to class A, B, and upper C of the market.
Has excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
High public relations, sales management, and presentation skills.
Is computer-savvy (particularly in MS 365 applications)
Is keen on details and highly organized.
Is sociable and team oriented, highly motivated and can work under pressure.
