Key Responsibilities
1.
Sales Management
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
-Identify opportunities for market expansion and increase in revenue through new business or upselling.
-Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
2.
Collection Management
-Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers to ensure compliance with company policies.
-Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
-Resolve escalated issues related to overdue accounts in collaboration with the Collection Department.
-Develop strategies to minimize payment delays and reduce bad debts.
3.
Team Leadership
-Supervise and support sales and collection teams within the assigned area.
-Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
-Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, review performance, and address challenges.
-Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
4.
Customer Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
-Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for service improvement.

Reporting and Analysis
-Prepare and submit sales and collection performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Division Head.
-Analyze sales and collection data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
-Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.
6.
Compliance and Process Adherence
-Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory standards across all operations.
-Implement and enforce best practices for sales and collection activities.
-Collaborate with internal teams, such as Finance and HR, to support operational efficiency.
